Our 6-week Youth Strength & Conditioning Program builds complete athleticism through focused training in speed mechanics, strength development, acceleration, and explosive power. Athletes learn how to move efficiently, generate force, and apply proper technique—skills that are essential for both performance and long-term development. This training is important because it builds faster, stronger, more resilient athletes while reducing injury risk and improving confidence. Born and raised in Fresno and a former 4-star defensive back at UCLA, I’ve spent my life studying what makes humans perform at their highest level — physically, mentally, and emotionally. My coaching career includes experience at the University of Utah, training NFL Combine athletes at Exos in San Diego, and working with 50+ collegiate athletes and 30+ NFL professionals across multiple teams and position groups.
While my roots are in elite athletics, my mission now extends to helping all people perform better in life. I believe every human — athlete
or not — benefits from training built on movement quality, strength, speed, mobility, and resilience. My approach combines high-level performance principles with mentorship, discipline, and personal growth, helping clients feel stronger, move better, and live with more confidence.
